Architect (tender brief)

St Andrew’s Church Farnham (external link) is seeking the services of an Architect led multi-disciplinary design team from RIBA stage 1-6 for the National Lottery Fund Project Routes and Ringers. The successful team will be required to:

Develop design for proposed scope of works, all for the Client’s approval.
Ascertain the need for additional consultant appointments.
Support with the liaison of the Guildford Diocesan Advisory Committee (DAC), Conservation Officer and Historic England listed buildings officer as needed.
Produce detailed specifications and drawings for RIBA Stages 1 – 3
Support the PM in the preparation of a round 2 delivery grant application.
Subject to the successful delivery phase grant award produce detailed specifications and drawings for RIBA Stages 4
Support the PM with the main contractor procurement activities as needed.
Support with the resolution of any site queries during construction phase / RIBA Stage 5.
Help ensure the contractors as built plans / schematics for new systems accurately reflect the new installations.
