Impact Hub Yorkshire is a locally rooted, globally connected organisation offering support for social innovators across our region. We have been around since 2017 and since then have worked with hundreds of social enterprises, charities and other not for private profit organisations in our communities. We are outward looking in our focus, but Bradford will always be our home.
Little Germany is an incredibly unique area. It boasts the greatest concentration of Grade II listed buildings anywhere in the country and is an iconic space – often the setting for many a period drama or indeed a blockbuster Hollywood movie like Eight Triple Eight. It is a major heritage asset in Bradford and the wider Yorkshire and Humber region.
The Programme Manager will lead the delivery of an area-based heritage scheme designed to conserve, regenerate, and celebrate the built heritage of a key area in Bradford.
Some of the key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide day to day programme management for the project, overseeing staff and contractors to ensure targets are met
- Provide staff supervision and HR support as required
- Liaise with the Little Germany Development Trust, IHY team and Board to ensure resources are provided and risks managed
- Review and approve Development and Delivery Plans
- Build strong working relationships with local stakeholders, including building owners, local businesses, community organisations, and heritage bodies
