West Midlands Heritage Trust (external link) (opens in new tab), along with its three partner project trusts, is seeking to recruit new Trustees to expand its board. As a Trustee, you will help guide their work in rescuing, restoring, and finding sustainable new uses for historic buildings in the region.
They are seeking to recruit new Trustees from a range of backgrounds who have a strong interest in saving historic buildings at risk and contributing to their local community.
It is not necessary to have previous trustee experience, just a willingness to learn and develop governance expertise.
Applications are particularly welcome from those with a background and skills in the following areas:
- Finance
- Project Management
- Building Conservation
- Housing
- Community Engagement
- Education
- Marketing
- Funding
- Legal
However, applications from any background are welcome. If you do not have experience in any of the above areas but believe your contribution could be valuable to the Trusts, please do get in touch.
