Staff
Heritage Network has a team of paid staff who manage and deliver its work across the UK. Governance, oversight and strategic direction is provide by our Board of Trustees. Our Board members (who are not paid) all work in the heritage sector and have a passion for, and extensive knowledge of, community-led heritage regeneration.
David Tittle

David has been Chief Executive of the Network since 2020. His job is to lead all of the Network’s activities, develop strategies for a sustainable future and represent the Network nationally.
Before working for the Network David managed design review panels and training programmes for Design South East and MADE (in the West Midlands). He delivered urban design summer schools and training programmes for UK Government agencies and local authorities. He was a business and social enterprise advisor in the UK and South Africa. He has a degree in Business and post graduate qualifications in Marketing and Urban Design. David has been a trustee of three local trusts restoring historic sites in Coventry and Smethwick.
David is based in England but works UK wide.
He works flexible hours.
