Heritage Network has a team of paid staff who manage and deliver its work across the UK. Governance, oversight and strategic direction is provide by our Board of Trustees. Our Board members (who are not paid) all work in the heritage sector and have a passion for, and extensive knowledge of, community-led heritage regeneration.
Fran Healey

Fran is the Finance Officer for the Network, looking after all aspects of finance for the Heritage Network team. This includes anything from processing purchase invoices to payroll, budgeting, VAT and reporting for the Network.
Fran joined the Network in April 2025, and works part time from home near Manchester, alongside various other paid and voluntary roles across the not-for-profit sector.
Fran is based in England but works UK wide.
Her normal working days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
