Impact Hub Yorkshire is seeking to appoint a Place-Making Lead to play a central role in driving forward the regeneration of Little Germany, working collaboratively with property owners, statutory bodies, investors, heritage and design consultants, and local stakeholders to create a coherent and deliverable Area-Based Action Plan.
The Place-Making Lead will be appointed for the whole of the project, subject to a break clause at Delivery Phase application submission, should Delivery Phase funding not be awarded or some other such circumstance arise as to require the termination of the contract. Should the contract be terminated at this point, Impact Hub Yorkshire will incur no costs.
