Stricklandgate House Trust is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead and manage their National Lottery Heritage Fund Project: Stricklandgate House 4 Sustainable Heritage: Where heritage meets the day-to-day (SGH4SH).
A £4.6m delivery grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund for a £5.5m project will help them redevelop and enhance Stricklandgate House to become a heritage and community hub in addition to strengthening its core business supporting the third sector.
You will help them to deliver ambitious plans to redevelop Stricklandgate House realizing their plans for a strengthened Third Sector hub, the creation of a Community Hub and event space with Community Lounge, interpretation throughout and an exciting activity plan for heritage and community engagement in the center of Kendal.
The Project Coordinator will coordinate the Stricklandgate House 4 Sustainable Heritage Project Delivery Phase, through pre-construction, construction and establishment of Trust operations in the refurbished premises. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with substantial experience in project management, heritage, community engagement and the third sector.
