Outreach
Our outreach activities aim to reach out to community organisations that don’t necessarily have ‘heritage’ in their objects but are operating from historic buildings and spaces (or wanting to do so).
These organisations are often not connected to the heritage sector and are missing out on advice and funding that could improve their premises and enhance their connection to their place.Each year we identifytarget areas in the four nations of the UK for our outreach activity and work with local authorities and other partners to identify organisations needing support. We provide information, advice and learning events to help them make the most of their unique locations.
